This page describes how to request deletion of the personal data THRYD holds about you. You have the right to erasure of your data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Submit your request using the process described below and we will action it within 30 days.
What Data We Hold
Account / profile: Name and email address linked to your THRYD account.
Fit profile: Height, build category, and optional measurements you entered for virtual try-on and size recommendations.
Saved designs / wardrobe: Products and outfits you have saved or pinned within the app.
VTON try-on images & cache: Any garment visualisations generated during AI Studio sessions and stored for your reference.
Order history: Items purchased, sizes, shipping addresses, and order status records.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at privacy@thryd.co from the email address registered to your THRYD account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Sending from your registered email helps us verify your identity before actioning the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note:Order and transaction records may be retained where legally required — for example, GST and accounting records are subject to a 7-year retention obligation under India’s Income Tax Act and the DPDP Act. All other personal data will be permanently deleted.
Signed In With Facebook?
If you used Facebook Login to sign in to THRYD, removing the THRYD app from your Facebook settings (Facebook › Settings › Apps and Websites) will revoke THRYD’s access to your Facebook account — but it does not automatically delete the data THRYD holds on our own servers.
To request deletion of the data THRYD holds about you, you must still email privacy@thryd.co as described above.
